    Hullo.

Unqualified down the compressor, remove the start devise and hindrance continuity betwixt the 3 compressor's pins (persistence between all three of them).Next check one of the pins to the ground - you should have no continuity.
Next check if there is 120VAC to the start excogitate between ii wires active to it.
If there is proper voltage - replace the start devise

If there is nary voltage - supercede the board

    Part number: WR55X10942

    Part number: WR55X10942

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Cabinet parts for GE PFS22MIWBBB - AppliancePartsPros.com

Take the opportunity while you are there and clean the condenser coils.

    Station the event.

Yes the fan should be running windy. I suspect the control board isn't sending full business leader to the devotee. See if it appears the fan in the deep-freeze is running slowly too. If so you can be sure the dining table is bad.

If the freezer fan is continual fine check voltage to the capacitor fan atomic number 3 well as fan motor supply potential.

If the fan is getting correct voltage but running slow as you distinguish put back the rooter but if the fan International Relations and Security Network't getting correct voltage replace the important board.

This page has instructions and pictures that should help with this.

Replaced compressor relay. Voltage to compressor fan is 14. Have set new fan centrifugal. While waiting for motor I have arranged small fan to blow on compressor and coils. Refrigerator and freezer are cooling comparable they should. Zealous suggestions and directions. Thanks.

          Hi.

Have received new condenser fan motorial. It runs slower than old motive. Rechecked the voltage and get 13.6v for both the supply and fan tests. New motorial will not spell when held with the fan facing the coils simply will easy turn when held with sports fan cladding up or down. Strange! Any suggestions.

              Hi.

You should replace the main panel together with the motor and BTW begin another condenser motor.
